Donations: Adyen Giving example throws an error when 3DS2 flow is triggered

**Description**
In the [Giving Example](https://github.com/adyen-examples/adyen-dotnet-online-payments/tree/main/giving-example), we do not handle the 3DS2 authentication flow correctly for donations.
