Lightning Web Components metadata not showing up on deploy screen

I have a repo that contains a Lightning Web Component, some Apex Classes, and a Quick Action. On the 'Deploy to Github' screen, I see all the metadata show up EXCEPT the Lightning Web Component:

Same thing for other repos. Shouldn't I be seeing 'src/lwc' be showing up on the deploy page? I checked my package.xml and it looks good.
