[BUG] Scroll state is not saved

The scroll state is not restored after rotating the screen

## 📖 Library Version
- **PDF Viewer Version:** 2.3.7

## 🚶 Steps to Reproduce
Please follow these steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open PDF
2. Scroll to any page
3. Rotate screen
4. PDF is reloaded and the first page is visible
## 🤔 Expected Behavior
The last viewed scroll position is opened
