[Epic]: CI/CD Pipeline Integrations for Directory

Description

Enable developers to integrate Directory workflows into their CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions (and potentially other CI providers). This allows automated agent lifecycle management directly from source control.

Primary Use Cases

1. Validate & Publish Agents

   • Validate agent records against OASF schema on PR/push
   • Push validated agents to a remote Directory node
   • Fail CI on schema violations with actionable error messages

2. Import from External Registries

   • Sync MCP servers from MCP Registry (or other registries) to a local/remote Directory node
   • Schedule periodic imports or trigger on-demand
   • Enable discovery of available servers for multi-agent application development
