Description
Describe the bug
We have been using JuiceBox to analyze our Hi-C data sets. We have not been able to use the most recent version of the software (2.XX.XX); there have been no issues uploading the reference genome, the .hic file, coverage, and our target reference custom 1D annotation .bed file, but we cannot upload a .bedpe file which has specific information we need to analyze our samples. When we go to 2D annotations to upload this file, the error message is "Could not load loop selection: the loop list in [sample name].bedpe does not correspond to the genome." When we do this same process on the 1.11.08 version, it works fine. But we recently have seen the software death spiral and the only way to restart the software is to restart the computer. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated, especially being able to upload our .bedpe files into the newer version of the software.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- open a .hic file on the 2.XX.XX software version
- go to annotation panel -> 2D annotations -> open local
- attempt to open a .bedpe file
- See error: "Could not load loop selection: the loop list in [sample name].bedpe does not correspond to the genome."
Expected behavior
The .bedpe file to upload successfully and add 2D annotations to the heatmap (this works fine on the 1.11.08 version).
