context.transaction.outputs having output having 0 ADA using cardano-api?

Not sure this is a bug with aiken, maybe a bug with cardano-node or cardano-api 1.35.4 instead, or user error but I have a validator that is basically

let tx = context.transaction
trace cbor.diagnostic(list.map(tx.outputs, fn (o) { o.value }))
False

and I am seeing what seems to be the change output that cardano-api creates in the first position with 0 ADA, and then the rest of my outputs. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Yep that's a known thing that the ledger does when building the script context
