Make disableRotation overridable in ShapeOutlineMarkerEditor

IIRC, that property was added to the base rectangular editor with some future variants in mind that may not work in conjunction with rotation and not as a configuration option. Those didn't materialize (at least so far) so it basically isn't used anywhere for real.

Can you please clarify what is your interest exactly? Do you want to have an option to disable marker rotation in general? Or do you want to develop a custom marker editor based on ShapeOutlineMarkerEditor that has rotation disabled? Or something else entirely?

My use case is the latter - I'm writing a custom marker editor inheriting from TextMarkerEditor, and would like to disable the rotation grip (like the protected disabledResizeGrips ). I can see that the disableRotation variable currently does that, so making it protected would fix my issue
