Game crash issue -

Hey,
I submitted an issue about a week ago regarding a crash that I've been getting every time I use CSDM. Since it's been long enough and it hasn't been responded to, I figured I'd open a discussion here to see if anyone has any ideas for how to fix it on my end since it obviously isn't happening for everyone.

It's a weird issue because it can't be the demo files I'm using, or the CS demo viewer in general. It only happens when launching any demo from CSDM, and no matter what I do, I cannot fix it nor can I get any meaningful minidump/log from CS or Windows as it never reaches a BSOD and it simply freezes the PC. At this point the only thing I've been using CSDM for is to quickly copy the file paths so I can paste them into the CS2 console myself and watch the demo natively.

If anyone has had any similar experiences, or has any potential fixes, I'd take anything.

I got the full crash again today, and still wasn't able to get anything as far as logs/dumps go.
However... I did notice that after the full crash, the demo's json file was filled with 'NUL'. Since I've never looked at one of the JSONs, I figured it was just some kinda encryption or something, but none of the other demos do this. I doubt it will help, but considering it is the only noticeable sign that something went wrong for the full PC crashes, I figured I'd include it.
