SqliteDbPath private set , Hope to initialize and modify ~

I hope this default SQLite DB can be initialized and modified

@alaatm I'd like this too, please. It seems like this has been raised in several issues already:

#52, #56, #59 and even a PR was raised for it: #42

Is there any reason not to make this configurable?
