Problem: "Event loop stopped" error log on closing

The service logs an error upon closing in the P2P to MQ task. This log is valid if the task fails for any reason but not in case of shutdown.

A solution is to add a notification/cancellation system to tell the task to shut down gracefully.

Changed the log level from error to info, but a cancellation system would be cleaner.
