Plot Annotation: inbuilt reg-line display

Graphing in excel/sheets has options to display reg line equations on the plot. Currently, statwrap.fpp.scatter_plot has inbuilt functionality to display the reg line, but not its equation. 

You can use the linest function on another line to print the equation, but it might be nice to build this function into scatter_plot rather than splitting it into two steps
