Not all sites have sitemap.xml - it looks to be a recent change from Substack
This feature request is to fall back to parsing /feed / feed.xml (links can be retrieved by looking at the link tag in each item).
Additionally, if that doesn't work, could fall back to parsing the HTML at /archive
