scripts not getting private or internal repositories

Hi,

I have used the scripts to list the all repositories under user and organization from an on-premise enterprise server. But the scripts are returning only public repositories. I have admin privileges and has given full access for the personal access token I have generated. What am I doing wrong here? I completely feel I am missing with something with authentication.
