Summary

ICS1 needs a code audit. The primary features of ICS1 are in place, so once we confirm that a basic implementation is working with AtomOne, we should be in a code lock and in a good spot to have the code audited. Work with stakeholders at AiB and AtomOne to get a code audit started.
