Add a feature - delete translation text after it was tokenized

We need to add a new feature:

• to delete a tranlsation text after it was tokenized (if it is not the last)

this deletion should also

• clear history for groups and edits
• clear alignment groups that were created for this translation text
• clear annotations that were created for tokens from this translation text
• clear saved partNums (to IndexedDB)

For now was decided not to give an ability to restore deleted text and all staff around it
