Bruno out of date?

Dockerhub shows 1.30.0 as latest and four months old, but Bruno is at 1.38.1.

Docs say it should autobuild, but it's not?

no, the root cause why we can't build it is explained in this issue

I try to fix,

• rollback the base image from latest node:22 to node:18.
• change from npm to yard
• promote npm version to @10.3.0 above
• do npm clean,

no one works yet. Local build is fine, but stuck when build in circleci pipeline.

the only way I didn't try is with docker build --network=host, but this need some changes in pipeline first
