Reconciliation: Show Party Name in "Match Voucher"

Problem:
Sometimes the wrong party is recognized by the Bank Reconciliation Beta.

This has valid reasons, therefore I don't suggest to solve the cause, but just give more transparency.

Idea:
In the "Match Voucher" tab: show the party's title that is selected in "Details".
Example:

-> Show the party's title as a description of the Show Exact Party checkbox
