Incorrect type in setropts documentation section

These should be uints:

These should be bools in the docs but are documented as strings:

Yes, it seems that the code to generate the key mappings for SETROPTS was wildly misaligned due to some inconsistencies in RACF documentation. I had already caught this and was correcting it as a part of the work with JSON Schema for trait information, but thank you for pointing this out as well.
