Blocked Channels videos still play in a playlist

I just found out about this recently, but whenever I click on a playlist that has a channels blocked videos. It plays the video as of it hasn't been blocked at all even though I blocked the channel itself?

Is there a fix for this?

You reload it and it's usually gone. Nevertheless this is annoying, especially since it's political videos that seem to stick to the playlist.

I'm having the opposite issue - if one video in a playlist is blocked, the entire playlist gets blocked.

i really hope that this gets fixed soon because i dont want clickbait/mrbeast-like channels to be popping up on some playlists for me
