The modal behaves like edgeToEdge is enabled on Android although its not. #516

Expected behaviour: If edgeToEdge is disabled dont draw behind NavigationBar
Actual behaviour: Sheet draws behind NavigationBar and insets.bottom = 0 so we have to hack a padding until we can enable edgeToEdge in the whole app
