stop-restart failure

When using VLC on a XGIMI Halo+GTV, if I stop a video, start another video and stop this one too, then return to the first video, it does not restart. It may be a coincidence, but I did not have this problem with minidlna.

Possibly either a process (like ffmpeg) holds an exclusive handle to provide the video and hasn't terminated yet, or we're failing to signal to your TV that the previous instance has completed. Sorry I don't have time to look right now, someone else might be able to.
