Default branch updated and main branch renamed

Default branch updated to 2.x (Filament 4) and main branch renamed to 1.x (Filament 3).

If you have a local clone of main branch, you can update it by running the following commands:

git branch -m main 1.x

git fetch origin

git branch -u origin/1.x 1.x

git remote set-head origin -a
