Recreate entity ID of Device

When I rename a device, I can make use of the Hoem assitant functionality "Recreate entity ID".
Unfortuanteley the sensors created by HA-Battery-Notes are not considered and must be renamed one by one manully.

It would be great if the Recreate entity ID would consider those added sensors, buttons.

Thanks for the suggestion, I know this doesn't happen at integration level but something done at core but I will look into whether I can implement it. I've had to do bulk renames myself.
