Bug located in AnsMath.axpy()

🐞 Description of the bug

Adding two matrices or vector with unequal size results in unintended behaviour. Upon executing A.axpy(B, 1.0,1.0) where A and B have unequal dimensions the program runs th MAPDL AXPY command, but MAPDL ignores the command due to the dimension issues. This leaves A unchanged.

Expected behaviour is for program to raise an error upon attempting this operation.

import ansys.math.core.math as pymath

mm = pymath.AnsMath()
# For vectors
v1 = mm.ones(3)
v2 = mm.one(10)

v2.axpy(v1, 1.0, 1.0)
print(v2)
# For matrices
A = mm.ones(3,3)
B = mm.ones(4,4)
A.axpy(B, 1.0,1.0)
print(A)
