Catch all debug mailbox is not example.org

Readme says that Catch all debug mailbox is using example.org unless you change it with env variable.
But when running container pulled from dockerhub MAILNAME is set to localdomain.test.

I wasn't able to connect to IMAP using example.org but I connected using localdomain.test.
