Karavan 4.14.2 error in UI

Im getting this error below in every project, even new ones:

Tried Chrome and Edge, and the same error occurs.

Another problem I noticed is that the data from the Camel components that I change in the UI is not persisted. When I leave the component and return, the old data is still there.
I can only change it if I go directly to the section

And the problem of persisting the changes in fields just happens in any occasion, even in a fresh container with a fresh folder and branch
