[Bug]: Logging level for Mapping (Sub-pipleine) transform does not change

What happened?

The transform Mapping (Sub-pipeline) always logs at BASIC level. The logging level does not change though

1. You run the parent pipeline/workflow using ERROR or NOTHING
2. Custom logging = NOTHING on transform also does not have any effect.

Is the transform set to always log at BASIC level?
