Fix re-entrancy problem inside IMAPClientHandler when dealing with queued commands and continuation requests

The state machine needs to be reworked into its own unit, that's used by IMAPClientHandler. There's a test case that's commented out inside IMAPClientHandlerTests that shows the issue.
