Support customizing metrics labels #91
Description
SystemMetrics currently uses Prometheus semantics by default and while it maintains a configuration to change these via SystemMetricsMonitor.Configuration.Labels, this is currently not public but has package-level access only.
Some teams might prefer using the OpenTelemetry Semantic Conventions for System Metrics which are currently in development.
