broken link / survey app not available?

I am checking out [Aragon on Rinkeby](https://rinkeby.client.aragon.org/). The Survey app from [`App Center` > `Discover` ](https://rinkeby.client.aragon.org/#/hopr/apps/discover)sounds exactly like what I'm looking for but it just sends me to a [broken link](https://github.com/aragon/aragon-apps/tree/master/apps/survey) :(
