how are the options '-m', '-mw' and '-msw' defined?

how are the '-m' (minimum sample weight for a call), '-mw' (minimum weight across all samples for a call) and '-msw' (minimum per-sample weight for a call) defined?

I think I need to change these parameters for samples with different sequencing depth.
