Integrate with the Github Checks API

It would be nice if Ike could appear in the Checks tab in the opened Pull request (eg. https://github.com/fabric8-launcher/launcher-backend/pull/678/checks)

That's a good idea. Back in the days when we looked at it, they were still in Beta and for GH apps only. Would you be interested in crafting a PR?
