Add an option to disable the Tiptap trigger

Currently, Tiptap triggers when using two-finger gestures, which may not always be desirable. It would be helpful to have an option to disable the Tiptap trigger.

Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce a configuration option (e.g., disableTiptapTrigger or similar) that allows users to turn off the Tiptap triggering behavior.
