Mint using Wikidata: "Failed check_potential_name_duplicates"

Description of the issue

This bug occured when I attempted to mint Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne from Wikidata. The Wikidata record was found but this error message prevented me from minting it.

Possible causes

This Wikidata item labels and "also known as" names include many kinds of quotation marks:

• Straight quotation marks " "
• French quotation marks « »

I edited the EN and MUL labels to use curly quotation marks. This may solve the issue, but I will have to wait 24 hours to see if it makes a difference.

After waiting for a few hours for caches to refresh, the item can now mint.

The problem was indeed related to straight quotation marks, which were interpreted as code.
