Feature request: allow customization of cloudflare r2 bucket name

Right now the r2 bucket name is hardcoded in (unless you manually edit the config file. Due to the current limitation of one instance = one account. If someone were to be running multiple instances it would be nice to have a question during the setup process to specify a name for the r2 bucket
