Automatically setup _atproto TXT record during init #64
Description
It'd be nice during pds init if Cirrus could also register your _atproto DNS record too.
As it stands the default wrangler token doesn't appear to support this scope.
I think that means the only option (correct me if I'm wrong though!) is to offer a pre-filled api key form and request the token back.

Then get the zones, show them in a list for the user, and when they select one create the record.
I think this'd be "nice to have" but the effort for the payoff may not be worth it. Let me know what you think!
