Global Grid is deactivated for no apparent reason.

The issue generating the most questions and concerns from users, after the synthesized voice problem, is this: many users frequently contact us reporting that their accumulated phrases have disappeared without explanation. In all cases, this is because the global dashboard has been deactivated without the user's intention.

Currently, we haven't been able to find a clear and apparent cause. In some cases, we believe it occurs when restoring a backup or export, but this is certainly not the case everywhere.

If it's not possible to prevent the global dashboard from being deactivated, at the very least, the user should be notified that the global dashboard (where the accumulated phrases are located) has been deactivated and asked if they wish to keep it deactivated (and not be reminded of it again) or reactivate it.

Unfortunately, given the complexity of Asterisks, many administrators today are unaware that the accumulated phrases are on the global dashboard, and they don't even know what the global dashboard is.

Hence these recurring problems in the inquiries we receive.

I thought #286 had already been implemented and am seeing it isn't yet... I think this is requesting the same thing if I understand you? A warning is definitely important given how often users accidentally deactivate the global grid.

No, it's not the same. But yes #286 is not implemented. In this case, the global grid deactivates itself without the user pressing the deactivation button. This creates a lot of confusion because the accumulated phrase disappears and they don't know why (because they don't know it's on the global grid and, of course, they don't know it's been deactivated).

Hmm, these are the hardest problems. I'm aware that this happens from time to time, but it's so difficult if we cannot reproduce it.
Do you have any information or feeling if it happens only for online users or also for offline users?

Yes, we know it is difficult because there is no specific flow to reproduce it. Considering that 99% of users are online, we assume that the issue affects those users. It could possibly be a synchronization problem.

Due to the difficulty of reproducing the issue, an intermediate solution would be to advise that the Global Grid be deactivated so the manager can confirm the deactivation or activate it again.
