Feature request
Instead of providing a full URL, users could instead provide the IVO ID of a hats resource (e.g. ivo://data.lsdb/epyc/2mass).
We can use pyvo to connect to the registry of registries and find the resource. This would tell us the URL, but also provide information on the capabilities, such as the parameters supported in HTTP requests.
