[BUG] Hub logins are not working

Bug Description

https://hub.atuin.sh/login and /register both return blank pages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Atuin Desktop
2. Follow the onboarding dialogs and attempt to log into a hub account or try via Settings -> User
3. Observe that the page is blank

Expected Behavior

A login prompt on the web page

Actual Behavior

The /register and /login endpoints don't return anything

Environment

• OS: macOS Tahoe 26.3
• Atuin Desktop Version: 0.2.20 (0.2.20)
• Browser: Safari
• Atuin CLI Version: atuin 18.11.0 (NO_GIT)
• Shell: zsh
• Terminal: Ghostty
