[Fix] Download page and API improvements

Stuff to fix:

• Use correct syntax for download page parsing (buttons, release date & changelog)
• improve API endpoint (see FlaskAPI)
• convert API endpoint framework to FastAPI (exprimental)

Current API code does not work that well on server. Requires too much time to fetch commit data from GitLab.
