Best practices to follow

[Python-simulation]

Hi!
I would like to propose the following "rules" concerning branches management.

• Master branch (of autolab-project/autolab) should be as stable as possible, meaning it should never be modified directly, but only accept pull requests of a different branch (of autolab-project/autolab) that has been tested/debugged.
• Changes on your personal autolab repository should therefore be pull requested to a new branch on autolab-project.

New feature ideas can be discuss here: https://github.com/orgs/autolab-project/discussions/categories/ideas (may be overkill in some situation), and can be set as a task here: https://github.com/orgs/autolab-project/projects/1

Don't want too much rules so that's it!
