Reduce log noisiness #402
Description
Right now the logs at the info level are rather noisy. It's hard to determine what is happening because, for example, authentication logs are emitted at a regular frequency as the client calls AWS APIs. It may make sense to move logs to debug wherever possible and provide a better logging experience for user-facing commands like avalancheup-aws apply.
