Can't Get the Leds to light up with Hyper HDR but when i use simple pyhton code they light up i am using ws2912B led, using HyperHDR v 21 with 23-12-11 raspios-bookworm-arm64-lite

I think the warning you see on the HyperHDR page says it all. Check out the FAQ; you should find additional information about this configuration and that it requires root.

Yes I've already changed the service to root user, that is my leds are enabled, unable to find anything in faq related to this

You can see on the earlier screen that we don't support this solution here, and you're also provided with alternatives. Review the logs; they might give you some clues.
