gatotv.com.ini timezone issue

Hello, I live in Costa Rica and the timezone from gatotv.com.ini is wrong 6 months of the year I'm guessing due to the DST settings since the file is set to Mexico City es-MX. I could fix the file it every 6 months but lately when I try to set the file to es-CR - the file gets automatically overwritten after a while.

 I'm using WebGrabPlus 8.2.105 (2.1.5_beta I believe) in LibreElec 9.0.1
