Associate ElasticIpAddress to EC2 Instance

Is your feature request related to a problem?
How can I associate ElasticIpAddress to EC2 Instance so that I have a stable DNS entry to reach the instance. Perhaps I am missing the obvious, but even "Q" had no answer.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to do the association using an ACK manifest. Either in one of the existing or in a new CRD.
