Stable documentation points to examples in `main`

The Palace documentation is versioned. This is important so that users can consult the documentation for the version of Palace they are using. However, the examples link to mesh and config files on the main GitHub branch (eg here). This is a problem: if users follow those links, they will download files that might not work with the version of Palace that they are using and that they are consulting the documentation for. This happens frequently because we add new features that are not backwards compatible.

We should ensure that the stable documentation points to the tagged version of the examples.

I updated the hardcoded GitHub links to relative links as a possible solution, and most paths now resolve correctly. Though, I still found that the following links still return 404 errors when clicked on the main branch:

• examples/cylinder/mesh/cavity_prism.msh
• examples/cylinder/mesh/cavity_tet.msh
• examples/cylinder/mesh/cavity_hex.msh

The mesh files are referenced here

• [mesh/cavity_tet.msh]
• [mesh/cavity_hex.msh],

Could you confirm the correct repo path for these mesh files or whether they have been moved/renamed? Once I have the correct paths, I can update the relative links accordingly.

Ah yes! Indeed the name is cylinder_* not cavity_*, e.g.: https://github.com/awslabs/palace/blob/main/examples/cylinder/mesh/cylinder_prism.msh
