Show a listing of ADR's

We have our ADR landing page at https://engg-handbook.axelerant.com/adr/. We should show a listing of all the ADR's on this page.

• The ADR's listing should be sortable
• The ADR's listing should be filterable based on category
• The ADR listing should link to the ADR page which shows all the attributes of the ADR and the content

@hussainweb Should I let the users choose the sort in asc, desc or should we let them sort by date, title, status etc?

@PGaigole, if it is not too complicated to display all the links for sorting, then yes, we can let them sort by title and date ascending or descending. Otherwise, the date is more important (ascending or descending).

As for status, I imagine that as more of a filter rather than sort. Also, I would suggest that only accepted ADRs are shown in the default view.
