[Suggestion] No Ask AI option after text selected.

There is no ask AI for selected text during plan reviewing. May it is better to place it there instead of inside comment? Because it is looking like flow is folloing:

1. Check changes.
2. Ask AI if there some questions.
3. Write comment if needed.
