Are there macOS-specific payloads? Windows ones dont work on Mac.

Yes! macOS payloads work but need different commands:

Key differences:

• Use GUI SPACE (Spotlight) instead of GUI r (Run)
• Terminal instead of CMD/PowerShell
• Different paths (/Users/ not C:\Users)

Example macOS payload:
