Unable to install/download on iOS 6.1.6 on iPhone 3GS

After tapping Install, the ChatGPTicon appears on the homescreen, shows "Waiting" and the progress bar fills up, then "Waiting" changes to "ChatGPT" once the progress bar is almost full, then I see the error "Unable to Download Application - 'ChatGPT' could not be installed at this time." (Done / Retry)

I tried multiple times and on different days.

Emails to the support email address on chatgptlegacy.com bounced.

As the title says, using iOS 6.1.6 on an iPhone 3GS.

Then don't install it, but install via iPA file direct install I guess.
